Hello! This is again that time of the year when we spend all our time deciding what to do next year? or what to start new this new year? or what should be our new year goals? We get so excited that we start making such lists of all imaginary or impossible goals that we end up neglecting just after 2 or 3 months of the new year.
Why can't we keep New Year's resolutions?
Following are some of the reasons behind our failure to stick to our yearly resolutions or goals:
- We have set unrealistic goals.
- The goals are not inspiring.
- There is no reminder to us about our goals.
- The goals are copied from others or taken as such goals that are trending.
- The goals do not match our interests our aim or our nature.
- Some of the goals need some time to complete which may be more than a year.
