Procrastinate means ( as in the dictionary) to be slow or late about doing things that should be done earlier. In my opinion, it is a deadly virus that spreads very fastly into your mind, and once you got infected your happy blood cells start decreasing at a very alarming rate. It can even lead you to miss many great opportunities. Such failures will ultimately make you depressed.
To begin with, you have to get ready or do preparations to ensure that you don't procrastinate further. If you want to go on a morning walk, you place all the required things like shoes, clothes, water, etc in one particular area preferably seen by you from your bed. So when you wake up you don't get late or cancel your walk just because of any silly reason like you got confused about what to wear. Preparation of physical things will ultimately lead to the preparation of your mind. Your mind will, indirectly, remind you if you forgot.
Another thing which you can do is publicity. Publicize your work to people around you. If you have to go to buy vegetables from the market in the evening, then from the morning try to tell this to your family or friends. Obviously not like this. You will discuss with them what you should buy or which are the seasonal vegetables, etc. Doing publicity will make your job public and then you can't back off.
If you want then you can get a company ..Doing things with people will make you more social and punctual. That job that was a burden will be fun if you have a good company that will ultimately force you to do that job. But beware of the wrong company, it has very opposite results. Surrounding yourself with positive and motivating people will push you to great heights.
If reading is your hobby then you can try reading some good positive books. For active life, you can engage in some physical workout 3-4 days per week. This will make you physically fit and full of energy. Avoid oily and junk foods. Food also affects our minds.
There are many such options which you can try, but in the end, it's you who have to decide what's good for you. Push yourself because no one else is going to do so. Eat right, work right, sleep right and your mind will ultimately become right.
