Ways to celebrate international Day of happiness

Nowadays people are so mentally disturbed that they have lost their happiness so we really need to celebrate days like International Day of Happiness.
But the question is how to celebrate this ??
Here we got lucky ๐Ÿ˜€ as I have few ways which you can try and believe me it will do its job๐Ÿ˜‰  :
• eat your favourite food ๐Ÿ”๐ŸŸ
• gift someone something without expecting return gifts๐ŸŽ
• or maybe you can gift something to yourself๐ŸŽ
• try cooking
•watch your favourite movie/ show๐Ÿ“บ
• read  something good๐Ÿ“–๐Ÿ“š
• play with kids ( obviously after taking permission from their parents ๐Ÿ‘จ‍๐Ÿ‘ฉ‍๐Ÿ‘ง‍๐Ÿ‘ฆ)
• listen to your favourite music tracks๐ŸŽง
• donate
• have a nice talk with your friend / loved ones๐Ÿ“ž
• try reviving your old forgotten hobby๐Ÿ‚๐Ÿช‚๐ŸŠ๐ŸŽป๐Ÿฅ
•try some self-care routine like massage, etc
• renovate your table/room/wardrobe or anything which you can do.
• try sapling ๐ŸŒด๐ŸŒณ
• visit your favourite places like a restaurant or garden or a park or anywhere where you feel happy.๐ŸŒ„
• try singing๐ŸŽค
•play any outdoor games 
• try cleaning (clean will not only clear your space but will help you in clearing your mind also..).

I know you must be thinking that many of the above-mentioned ways are very kiddish. But it is also a known fact that kids are happier than adults. So let's try our way and be happy again. Spread this happiness all over the world. Be happy!
